全风况下双馈风机参与调频的协调控制策略研究

    摘要:

    双馈风机的转子转速与系统频率相互解耦,风电大规模并网将导致系统调频能力下降,调频成本增加。为了结合附加惯性控制、超速控制和桨距角控制三种调频措施的优点,使双馈风机在全风况条件下具备一次调频能力,提出在最大功率追踪区采用附加惯性与超速控制相结合;而在恒转速和恒功率区则采用附加惯性与桨距角控制的协调控制策略。针对风能利用系数与桨距角和叶尖速比的复杂非线性数学关系,在传统桨距角控制策略基础上通过增加补偿桨距角和频率响应环节,简化了桨距角控制参与系统一次调频的控制策略。最后通过仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Large scale wind power integration will decrease the system’s frequency control capability and increase its cost as the speed of DFIG is decoupled from the grid frequency. To enhance primary frequency control ability of DFIG in all wind conditions and combine the advantages of auxiliary inertial control, over-speed control and pitch control, this paper proposes a new strategy that in maximum power tracking area coordinated inertia and over-speed control strategy is adopted while in other operate areas, pitch angle control and auxiliary inertial control are combined to achieve frequency regulation. Because of the complicated nonlinear relationship between wind energy utilization coefficient and pitch angle and tip speed ratio, this paper adds a pitch angle compensation and a frequency response module into traditional pitch control, which simplifies the pitch control strategy. Lastly, simulation results verify the validity of proposed method. This work is supported by National High-tech R & D Program of China (863 Program) (No. 2012AA050201).
