    摘要:

    针对含抽水蓄能和风电系统,基于风电功率概率分布特性,并结合火电机组和抽水蓄能运行特性的差异,提出了一种新的抽水蓄能和风电合作方式。其核心是对火电机组和抽水蓄能在应对风电不确定性过程中承担的作用进行区分,通过抽水蓄能和风电的合作应对风电预测误差中出现的概率较小、幅值较大的部分。常规的风电波动仍由火电机组应对,以节省抽水蓄能有限的调节资源,提高火电机组备用响应有效性。在此基础上,将抽水蓄能和风电合作纳入到机组组合决策中,建立了含抽水蓄能的风水火联合机组组合模型。并通过26节点地区电网验证了该模型在减少火电机组启停,提高系统消纳风电能力方面的有效性。

    Abstract:

    For the power system with pumped hydro storage and wind power, and based on the probability distribution characteristics of wind power, and combining the difference of operation characteristics between thermal power units and pumped hydro storage units, a new cooperation method between pumped hydro storage and wind power is presented. The core is to distinguish the role of thermal power units and pumped hydro storage units in the process of coping with the uncertainty of wind power. To save the limited regulatory resources of pumped hydro storage and improve the thermal power units reserve response effectiveness, the cooperation between the pumped hydro storage and wind power is used to deal with the wind power prediction error which the probability is small and the amplitude is large, and the conventional wind power fluctuation is still dealt by thermal power units. On the basis of above, the cooperation between pumped hydro storage and wind power is integrated into unit commitment, and a combined unit commitment model of wind power-hydro power-thermal power is built. The 26-node system is used to verify the effectiveness in the reduction of thermal power units’ frequent startup and shutdown and the improvement of wind power accommodation.
