    摘要:

    为了缓解风电功率输出的波动性对系统的影响,常用储能装置平滑风电的输出。合理配置储能装置容量的关键是确定风电场注入电网有功功率的参考值。当前计算风电场并网功率的参考值的主要方法,如低通滤波器平滑方法和频谱补偿法等,都存在着一定的缺陷。提出了一种采用经验模态分解与小波分析相结合的方法,能较好地分析原功率的特征,能更好地还原原有功率值,从而获得更为准确的风电并网功率的参考值。并在综合考虑电池储能的荷电状态、效率等情况下,采用仿真法得出储能装置容量的最低配置值。算例分析中,通过与传统的低通滤波平滑下的容量配置进行对比,验证了所提出方法的有效性和优越性。

    Abstract:

    In order to smooth the fluctuating wind output, it is often optimized by energy storage devices. At the same time, it is especially important to determine the value of active wind power that is injected to power systems so that the capability of stored energy can be allocated reasonably. At present, the main ways to calculate the reference power of grid-connected power are low-pass filter and spectrum compensation methods which always have some drawbacks. In this paper, a method that combines empirical mode decomposition with wavelet analysis is proposed to get reference power of grid-connected active power, which can restore the original power. Then synthesizing some other situations such as load conditions of the battery, efficiency and so on, the minimum storage energy is determined. Compared the minimum capacity allocation by traditional low pass filter smooth method, the effectiveness of the proposed method can be verified.
