    摘要:

    开发了一种基于智能电网调度控制系统的变电站综自调试试验环境,该试验环境包括基于智能电网调度控制系统的省调主站模拟系统和变电站自动化模拟系统。并研发了厂站端各种自动化设备的投运前评估检测调试试验方法及在运自动化设备的定期巡视与检测调试试验方法,介绍了3个实例:远动机报文卡顿问题测试、远动机丢遥信信号问题测试、远动机频繁丢失事故总SOE信号问题测试。搭建变电站自动化设备调试试验环境,实现了厂站端自动化设备及软件检测测试及故障诊断等功能,为变电站自动化设备和软件符合性测试及投运前检测提供可量化的评估手段。

    Abstract:

    The test technology for integrated automation system in substation based on smart grid operation supporting system is developed. The test system includes the provincial master simulation system and substation automation simulation system based on smart grid operation supporting system. The test and assessment before operation of all kinds of automation equipment in substation and the regular inspection of running automation equipment are researched. Three examples are introduced, which includes the test of RTU message slack, telesignalling signal loss and the frequent loss of total accident signal SOE. The test and fault diagnosis of the automation equipment and software in substation are realized by building a test environment for the provincial master simulation system and substation automation simulation system. And the test system has provided quantifiable assessment tools for the test and fault diagnosis.
