Abstract:According to the random fluctuation and uncontrollability of distribution energy resource within distribution network, this paper puts forward the construction project for user-side energy management system on active distribution network. Aiming to reducing cost in economical operation and coupled with the grid-side reference electricity price, it integrates control of distributed generation, energy storage device and load to realize the accommodation and optimization of intermittent energy, as well as the peak load shifting function. Demands and required functions of the system are further analyzed. The control strategies and architecture of the system, as well as the plan of software design, are also introduced. A demonstration project has already operated successfully in Foshan, Guangdong Province; the actually measured data has been utilized to verify the design and control strategies and illustrate its favorable optimization effects.
