    摘要:

    针对现有避雷器在线监测系统可靠性低且不能适用于电子互感器应用场合的问题,提出一种基于光纤传输的避雷器在线监测方案。通过光纤实现数据通信和同步采样,提升系统抗电磁骚扰水平。利用FT3标准通信规约替代私有RS-485规约,提高系统开放性。通过采样点传送取代相量传送,为分析计算提供可靠有效的基础数据源。借助具有合并单元功能的监测IED实现电流数据和电压数据的聚合,兼容电子式PT和常规PT的工程应用。设计开发了相应的避雷器监测装置,试验及现场运行结果表明,装置工作可靠,性能稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Because the traditional lightning arrester monitoring system has low reliability and it can’t be applied to electronic transformer, a new type of lightning arrester on-line monitoring solution based on optical fiber transmission is presented. Using the optical fiber for data communication and synchronized sampling, it enhances the level of system resistance to electromagnetic disturbance. Using FT3 replacing private RS-485 communication protocols, it improves the system openness. Using sampling point transmission instead of the current and voltage phasor, it provides reliable and effective basis data source for analysis and calculation. Using monitoring IED with the function of merging unit, it realizes current and voltage data aggregation, and is compatible with electronic PT and conventional PT. The result of testing and field operation shows that the lightning arrester monitoring device based on the solution is reliable to work and has a broad application prospect.
