    由于可再生能源的随机性和间歇性特点,大量可再生能源接入分布式发电系统造成微电网发电与用电功率之间的不平衡。借助LED(Light-Emitting Diode)灯功率调节速度快、潜在容量大的特点,研究了大量LED灯参与微电网调频的问题。为了确保大量LED灯准确获取微电网控制信号,在带时滞和噪声的不可靠局部通信条件下,提出了分布式信号获取方法。仅通过安装在配电变电站的信号测量装置,借助相邻对象之间的局部通信和交互,实现所有LED灯对系统信号一致性、精确获取。进一步考虑光通量和用电功率之间的非线性关系,设计了LED灯用电功率随微电网频率变化的动态模型,并耦合分布式信号获取动态方程,提出了考虑LED灯的多区域微电网频率控制方法。仿真结果表明:LED灯参与微电网调频后,明显降低了频率波动范围,提高了频率恢复速度。

    Abstract:

    Due to the randomness and intermittent characteristics of renewable energy, a lot of renewable energy generation plugs into the microgrid and creates the imbalance between generation and load. Based on the advantages of huge potential capacity and fast power adjustment, this paper investigates frequency regulation of microgrid for application of a large number of light-emitting diode (LED) lamps. In order to acquire the signal accurately, a distributed signal acquisition approach is proposed based on unreliable communication with communication delay and noise. Signal measuring devices are performed only at distribution substations, and local communication between neighbors can facilitate consistent and accurate acquisition of signals for all LED lamps. Taking into consideration of the non-linear relationship between flux and power, a dynamic model of power adjusting with frequency is designed. Integrated with distributed acquisition approach, a multi-regional microgrid frequency control method is further proposed with consideration of LED lamps. Simulation results demonstrate that LED lamps participating in frequency significantly reduces the frequency fluctuation and increases the speed of recovery.
