Abstract:In order to evaluate new energy power generation project performance objectively and scientifically, the multi-dimensional evaluation methodology is established, combined with comprehensive evaluation methods at macro level and basic evaluation methods at micro level. At macro level, there are three dimensions called technical dimension, economic dimension and social dimension. The methods of gray correlation degree analysis, DEA/AR, fuzzy synthetically evaluating method for successful degree are taken to evaluate the technical dimension, economic dimension and social dimension respectively according to their different features. Based on the results of evaluation above, the method of radar chart is used to evaluate the project overall effect. At micro level, the methods of comparative analysis, ratio analysis, factor alternation and curve-fitting are choosen to evaluate the important indexes dimension in depth. Effectiveness of the evaluation methodology is verified through the example.
