    摘要:

    针对目前服务于电动公交车的大型充换电站提出一种全自动更换动力电池的技术方案。方案站在系统的角度,整合充换电站各类设备信息资源,联动视频监控信息,实现对电动公交车的全自动换电。系统利用物联网技术在换电车辆、动力电池、充电机自动感知和物物相连的基础上,通过车辆自动导引、电池自动匹配、换电系统控制,进而实现整站全自动换电。同时,结合充换电站实际运行的深入分析研究,制定出一套规范化的操作流程和控制策略。结果表明,该技术方案在兼顾安全和效率的前提下,可以有效提高整个充换电站的服务能力。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposes a fully automatic replacement power battery technology solutions for a large charging and swapping station currently serving the electric buses. Based on systems, various types of equipment information resource are integrated and video surveillance information is linked to achieve automatic electric buses for swapping electricity. Through the automatic guidance of vehicles, matching of batteries and automatic battery swap, the Internet of Things technology, it makes the electric vehicles, batteries and automatic sensors of chargers interconnected, and then to realize the whole station automatic for swapping electricity. Simultaneously, combined with in-depth analysis of the actual operation of the station, a set of standardized operational procedures and control strategies is developed. The results show that the technical solution can improve the service capacity filling station under the premise of both safety and efficiency.
