    摘要:

    分析整流变压器阀侧特点并提出一种测量整流变压器阀侧大电流采集方法。采用特制异型电子式电流互感器、电流采集器、合并单元完成整流变压器阀侧大电流采集,解决了整流变压器低压侧大电流采集问题。分析阀侧电流录波数据,实际采集电流波形和桥式整流电路理论分析结果一致。该方法为进一步实现整流变压器网侧及阀侧差动保护提供阀侧电流,且可实现整流变压器阀侧桥臂状态监视,为冶金、化工企业整流变压器用户更好调节整流机组之间配合提供依据。

    Abstract:

    The characteristics of the valve side of rectifying transformer are analyzed, and the measurement method of the valve side high current collection of the rectifying transformer is proposed. The valve side high current collection of the rectifier transformers is completed by using special shaped electronic current transformer, current collector, and merging unit. The collection problems of low voltage side current of the rectifier transformer are solved, recording data of the valve side current is analyzed, and the differential protection scheme for the differential protection is made possible, state monitoring of the valve side can be realized. To provide evidence for regulating rectifier units in metallurgical industry and chemical industry.
