    摘要:

    使用ETAP仿真软件对含有三机组的6 kV变电站,发生进线断路器误跳故障和进线三相短路故障时的双电源快速切换过程进行分析。仿真结果表明,进线断路器误跳故障时的工作母线残压可能上升超过系统正常电压,相角差超过典型整定值20°。进线三相短路故障时的工作母线电压下降得很低以至于不满足快速切换判据,切换时间太长。因此,在快速切换判据中增加工作母线电压上限约束为1.1倍额定电压,相角差可以整定为23°~30°。在进线三相短路故障时增加残压切换判据检验,并采用同时切换方式,缩短了切换时间。

    Abstract:

    Fast transfer processes of double power supplies are analyzed by help of ETAP simulation software, when incoming line circuit breaker false tripping fault and incoming line three-phase short-circuit fault happen in a 6 kV substation containing 3-component flue gas expender train. The simulation results show that, the residual voltage of operating bus likely rises more than normal system voltage in the incoming line circuit breaker false tripping fault event, and the phase angle difference is more than the typical 20 degrees. The operating bus voltage drops in the incoming line three-phase short-circuit fault event and is too low to meet the fast transfer criteria, and the transfer time is too long. Thus the operating bus voltage upper limit of 1.1 times rated voltage is added, and the setting values of the phase angle difference is properly 23~30 degrees. The residual pressure switch criterion inspection is added in the incoming line three-phase short-circuit fault, and works under simultaneous switching mode to shorten the transfer time.
