    摘要:

    在电网优化调度与控制决策过程中,其运行的经济性与可靠性往往存在着不一致。为统筹二者之间的关系,构建了计及输电元件实时运行态势的电网运行风险决策模型。该模型从风险的角度,以电网期望运行净收益最大化为目标,以机组出力、电网节点失负荷量为决策量,在满足所有预想事故发生前后状态对应约束集下实现模型求解。该模型将电网运行风险评估理论与电网运行决策进行融合,丰富和发展了电网运行风险决策理论。通过算例分析验证,论证了所提模型的合理性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    There is inconsistency between the economy and reliability of power grid operation during power grid optimal dispatch and control decision-making. In order to co-ordinate the inconsistency, a risk decision model is constructed taking into account the real-time power grid operation. The model is based on the concept of risk. The goal is expectation maximization for load revenue. The amounts of decision making are the generating capacity and load cut. The constraints include state constraints before and after the incident or coupling between these incidents. The model combines power grid risk assessment theory with power grid decision theory, enriches and develops the power grid risk decision-making theory. Finally, a numeral case is proposed to prove the validity and feasibility of the model.
