    摘要:

    为了使两级式单相光伏并网逆变器在具备漏电流抑制能力的同时具有较高的转换效率,提出了一种新型高效率两级式单相光伏并网逆变系统。该系统采用前级为ZVS Boost升压电路,后级为H6逆变拓扑的结构。分析了它们各自的工作原理,研究了该光伏并网逆变系统的整体控制策略。最后,搭建了所提出的两级式单相光伏并网逆变系统的实验平台,对理论分析进行了实验验证,结果表明所设计的光伏并网逆变器不但具有较高的入网波形质量,而且有很高的转换效率,其最高效率可以达到97.26%。

    Abstract:

    In order to make two-stage single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system have high conversion efficiency while possessing the ability of alleviating leakage current, the paper proposes a novel high efficiency two-stage single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system which contains ZVS Boost converter at the pre-stage and H6 inverter topology structure at the last stage. The paper analyses their operation principles and studies the overall control strategy of the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system. Finally, the experimental prototype of the two-stage single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system is built to confirm the theoretical analysis. The results indicate that this photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system has high quality of grid-connected waveforms and high conversion efficiency. Its efficiency ratio is up to 97.26%.
