    摘要:

    提出了一种基于故障识别法实现电压暂降监测点的优化配置方法。把基于故障识别法建立的二进制0-1矩阵作为可观测矩阵,用以建立全网敏感性负荷节点电压暂降完全可观的约束条件。结合各组合节点安装监测装置的权重值,以监测装置数目最少为目标函数,通过优化算法实现了电压暂降监测装置的优化配置,用最小数量的监测装置保证了对全网敏感负荷节点电压暂降的可观性。在建立可观测矩阵的过程中,以故障点能否被监测装置唯一识别出来作为配备规则,克服了以往的可观测矩阵依靠电压暂降阈值建立带来的各种问题。算例分析验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

    Abstract:

    An optimal allocation method for monitoring voltage sag is proposed based on fault recognition method. The binary 0-1 matrix established by using fault recognition method is taken as the observation matrix, so as to establish the observable constraints of the sensitive load node voltage sags of whole network. Combining the weight value of the installed monitor device of each combination node, taking the least monitoring device number as the objective function, the method achieves the optimized configuration of the voltage sag monitoring device through the optimization algorithm, and a minimum number of monitoring devices are used to ensure that the whole network sensitive load node’s voltage sag is observable. In the process of establishing the observation matrix, the method uses if fault point can be uniquely identified by monitor device as the configured rules, which gets over the various problems caused by the voltage sag threshold method. Examples verify the effectiveness and practicality of the method.
