    摘要:

    对主干线的分布式和集中型自愈控制方案,分别介绍了其处理逻辑流程,总结了各自的优点、缺点。针对主干线分布式和集中型自愈控制方案的优缺点,考虑IEC61850在自愈控制方案中的应用,提出了一种改进型自愈控制方案。该方案对于故障诊断、定位和隔离采用和分布式自愈控制相同的逻辑流程,对存在多恢复方案的故障下游失电负荷的供电恢复采用执行故障处理预案的方式。故障处理预案在主站事先定义好,并通过IEC61850通信规约下发到相应的智能配网终端,由智能配网终端在故障恢复时判断当前电网状态后执行相应的故障处理预案,实现故障下游负荷的供电恢复。该改进型自愈控制方案集中了分布式和集中型自愈控制方案的优点,同时避免了其缺点和不足之处。理论分析和工程应用表明,提出的改进型自愈控制方案具有较强的工程实用性。

    Abstract:

    The logic processing course of both distributed mode and centralized mode for trunk line is introduced, and the advantages and shortcomings of two modes are also summarized. Because of the advantages and shortcomings of two modes for trunk line, an improved self-healing control scheme is presented and the use of IEC61850 standard for feeders self-healing application is taken into account. This scheme adopts the same logic processing course of fault diagnosis, fault location and fault isolation as the distributed mode. For the load in the offside of fault location, which has multiple power supply restoration ways, the method of implementing the defined plans is used for the fault processing procedure. Fault processing plans are defined in the master station in advance, and they are transmitted to the appropriate intelligent distribution terminal unit by IEC61850 communication protocol. During power supply restoration the intelligent distribution terminal unit performs the appropriate fault processing plan to restore the power supply for the load in the offside after it determines the current state of power grid. The improved self-healing control scheme possesses the advantages of both distributed mode and centralized mode, while avoiding their weaknesses. Theoretical analysis and engineering application indicate that improved self-healing control scheme presented has strong practicality in engineering.
