    摘要:

    在配电网重构中,综合考虑系统平均停电频率、平均供电不可靠率两个可靠性因素和传统有功网损因素,建立多目标评价函数模型。运用层次分析法对3个因素进行层次分析,根据定义比较尺度形成判断矩阵,计算得出各自目标权重,获取归一目标模型,形成综合满意评估函数。运用智能PSO算法,在重构前考虑有功网损,后期加入可靠性因素。IEEE69节点系统仿真结果验证了算法的稳定性和优越性。

    Abstract:

    In distribution network reconstruction, the multiple objective evaluation function model is established based on the system average interruption frequency index and the average service unavailability index which characterize the reliability of distribution network, and factors of the active power loss. The analytic hierarchy process is applied to the hierarchy analysis of the three factors. According to the definition of comparative scale, the judgment matrix is formed. Each goal weight is calculated, and a normalized target model is obtained, thus the comprehensive satisfaction evaluation function is formed. Based on intelligent PSO algorithm, the active power network loss is considered before the reconstruction, and the reliability factors are considered in the later period. IEEE69 node system simulation results verify the stability and the superiority of the algorithm.
