    摘要:

    在变电站运行设备的远程实时监控中,通讯设备的安装限制和通讯通道受到多种复杂情况干扰的现象经常出现,大大增加了电网运行的安全隐患。介绍了应用GSM/CDMA移动通信基础上的短信息技术实现变电站运行信息无线实时远程传送的方案。该方案设计思路是从变电站监控系统数据库中获取实时数据,利用软件进行处理后,通过专用工业级GSM/CDMA模块发送到指定的人员。该短信发送系统利用GSM/CDMA网络覆盖广阔,短信息发送可靠的特性,有效解决了变电站信息传送对通讯通道的依赖性,消除了大量安全隐患,提高了变电站设备运行的可靠性

    Abstract:

    In the remote real-time monitoring of the substation operation equipment, the installation of communication equipment is often restricted and communication channels are often disturbed by a wide range of complex factors, which greatly treat the secure operation of power grid.This paper introduces the program of how to realize the remote, real-time and wirelessly transmission of substation information with the application of SMS technology based on GSM and CDMA mobile communications.The design idea of this program is that accessing real-time data at first from substation monitoring system database, and then sending the processed database by the software,to specific personnel through a special industrial GSM/CDMA module.As the GSM/CDMA networks have a broad coverage and short messages can be sent reliably, the SMS could effectively solve the problem that the information transmission is on dependence of communication channels, eliminate a large number of potential security threats, and will greatly improve the reliability of the substation operation.
