采用自补偿复合电流判据的变电站长段动力 电缆漏电监测方法

摘要:
长期以来,变电站长段动力电缆漏电缺乏有效监测手段。基于对漏电电流变化特征以及现有监测方法局限性的分析,提出了一种采用自补偿复合电流判据的变电站交流系统长段动力电缆漏电监测方法。该方法通过引入动力电缆两端剩余电流和单相电流信息,构建由稳态剩余电流判据、剩余电流增量判据、稳态剩余电流差动判据、单相剩余电流差动判据相结合的复合判据,实现对长段电缆不对称漏电、三相漏电的可靠辨识。仿真计算和现场实践结果表明,所提方法能够有效监测交流系统长段动力电缆各种漏电故障,提升站内交流系统智能运维水平。

Abstract:
There is lack of an effective leakage current monitoring method for a long power cable in a substation. In this paper, based on the analysis on the variation features of leakage current and the imitation of present monitoring methods, a method for a substation AC system based on a combined current criterion with self-compensation is proposed. The residual current and the signal phase current of two ends of the power cable are used. The criterion is a combination of steady-state residual current, residual current increment, steady-state residual current differential, and single-phase residual current differential criteria, to achieve reliable detection on asymmetric leakage and three phase leakage currents of a long cable. The case study results show that the proposed method can monitor different kinds of leakage of a long power cable effectively and promote the level of AC system intelligent maintenance in a substation.
