考虑线路潮流波动对母线电压影响的特高压交流电网电压控制策略

摘要:
为了提升特高压交流电网母线电压的控制效果,根据特高压电网建设现状,分析了线路潮流波动对母线电压的影响,提出了以削弱电网潮流波动对特高压母线电压影响程度为最终目的,以电压控制实际值与目标值之差最小和系统动态无功储备增量最大为目标函数的控制策略。针对线路无功潮流对母线电压的影响,在目标函数中引入变电站间的无功电压灵敏度系数以降低变电站间无功功率流动量。实际电网仿真结果表明:所提控制策略能有效改善电压的调节效果,降低动态无功补偿的投入容量。

Voltage control strategy of a UHV AC power grid considering the influence of linepower flow fluctuation on bus voltage

Abstract:
In order to improve the control effect of UHV AC grid bus voltage, given the current status of UHV grid construction, the influence of line power flow fluctuation on bus voltage is analyzed, and a control strategy is proposed which has the ultimate goal of weakening the power flow fluctuations on the UHV bus voltage and assessing the minimum difference between the actual value of the voltage control and the target value and taking the maximum system dynamic reactive power reserve increment as the objective function. Examining the effect of line reactive power flow on bus voltage, the reactive power sensitivity coefficient between substations is introduced in the objective function to reduce the reactive power flow between substations. The actual grid simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the voltage regulation effect and reduce the output capacity of dynamic reactive power compensation.
