基于HPLC的智能抄表技术在客户侧泛在电力物联网中的研究及应用

摘要:
随着人工智能、物联网、通信技术的发展革新,电网形态不断向着智能化、信息泛化的方向变革,更能适应泛在电力物联网建设需求与客户侧实时互动性业务的HPLC通信技术应运而生。通过分析HPLC技术特点以及电网客户侧典型业务应用需求,提出了基于HPLC的低压用电设备电压监测方法、停电事件类型研判方法、电能表错误接线识别方法。通过改进HPLC通信单元硬件电路、扩展相关通信协议,实现了基于HPLC的智能抄表技术的深化应用。对高层居民小区和城乡结合部等典型应用场景下的测试实例进行了论述分析,验证了方法的有效性和先进性,为电网营销、调度、运检等专业提供广泛的业务支撑能力。

Research and application of smart meter reading technology based on HPLC in customer side universal power internet of things

Abstract:
With the development of artificial intelligence, internet of things and communication technology, the form of power grid is changing towards intelligence and information generalization. In order to better meet the needs of ubiquitous power internet of things construction and client-side real-time interactive business, HPLC communication technology comes into being. By analyzing the characteristics of HPLC and the typical application of client-side power grid, this paper provides the methods of low voltage user voltage real-time monitoring, power outage event classification active report and meter error connection identification. The hardware circuit of HPLC has improved. And the communication protocol has expanded. It realizes the deepening application of intelligent meter reading technology based on HPLC. Further, the test cases in typical residential areas such as high-rise apartment and urban-rural fringe are discussed and analyzed. The effectiveness and advancement of the methods are verified. It provides a wide range of business support for marketing, scheduling, operation and maintenance of power system.
