基于滑模变结构控制的余热发电机机组励磁控制研究

摘要:
水泥生产过程中会产生大量中低温余热,利用余热发电是水泥生产企业节能的重要手段。为维持余热发电系统的电能稳定,以单机无穷大电力系统为例,建立余热发电机组励磁系统数学模型,设计基于指数型终端滑模变结构控制理论的同步发电机励磁控制器。针对电力系统中三相短路和三相断路故障利用Matlab进行时域仿真,与采用快速终端滑模变结构控制的仿真结果进行对比分析,仿真结果表明该指数型终端滑模变结构励磁控制系统具有更好的适应性及稳定性。

Abstract:
Much medium and low temperature waste heat is produced in the cement production process,and using waste heat power generation is an important means of energy saving of cement production enterprises. In order to keep the power stability of the waste heat power generation system, taking a single machine infinite bus power system as an example, a mathematical model of waste heat generator excitation system is established, and the excitation controller of synchronous generator is designed based on the exponential terminal sliding mode variable structure control theory. For the three-phase short circuit and three-phase circuit breaker fault of the power system, time domain simulation is performed by MATLAB, showing that exponential terminal sliding mode variable structure control system has better adaptability and stability compared with the fast terminal sliding mode variable structure control simulation result.
