Abstract:New energy sources have randomness and volatility. The large amount of access causes the power grid regulation capacity to decline. However, the proportion of new energy access will be further improved to alleviate the problem of traditional energy depletion. Therefore, the current grid regulation method will face enormous challenges. At the same time, a large amount of controllable load access on the user side lays the foundation for the user side load to participate in the grid regulation. The regional electric energy service management system aggregates a large number of controllable loads through the Internet of Things, and participates in grid regulation through scale effect, which can effectively alleviate the negative impacts caused by new energy and disorderly access to the grid by a large number of user loads. The paper discusses the technical solutions of the system from the aspects of system architecture, user participation, data processing and system security. Through this system, a large number of controllable participation in grid regulation can be aggregated, and the regulation ability of the grid can be improved while reducing the cost of electricity for users, which make users and grid operators achieve a win-win goal.
