Abstract:Misoperation platform is the key to intelligent operation order system, which is the important part of the operation order system. Through the alarm platform, anti-misuse platform can remind the operator and prevent the accident. This paper briefly outlines the composition and application of intelligent operation order system, and analyzes the significance of platform in dispatching process. Taking into account the matching relation between the intelligent operating order system and anti-misuse system, this paper designs an anti-misuse module. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the reliability of the system operators and site operation personnel. What’s more, the corresponding accident control system is designed to intelligently alarm the different levels of misuse. With this system, the efficiency of the personnel can be improved, and the various risks caused by negligence can be prevented, which lays a foundation for power system reliable and safe operation.
