藏中联网工程多站点布置了SVC以改善长链式电网的电压调节性能。经过电磁暂态仿真发现,在藏中联网这类具有长链式、弱联系特征的电网中,SVC控制参数不当可能引发次同步振荡。为了深入研究此类振荡特性及抑制方法,建立了线性化的SVC和输电网络的电磁暂态模型。采用特征分析的方法,在两个算例中分析了这种新型次同步振荡的特点。结果表明,此类次同步振荡是在系统已有的次同步模式当中,不当的SVC控制削弱了次同步阻尼,从而引发了振荡的产生。且系统中的多台SVC对系统振荡阻尼的削弱作用会叠加,进一步增加次同步振荡风险。最后,根据此类次同步振荡的特点,针对性地提出了抑制此类新型次同步振荡的措施。 |

Abstract: |
In several substations of the Central Tibet Linking Project, SVC is used to improve the voltage control features in weak-link power grid. According to electromagnetic transient simulation, improper control parameters of SVC may lead to a novel sub-synchronous oscillation in weak-link power grid. According to further studying the character and suppressing method of this novel sub-synchronous oscillation, a linearized electromagnetic transient model of SVC and power grid is promoted, eigenvalue analysis method is applied to analyze two test systems. The results show that this novel sub-synchronous oscillation happens in a system which has a sub-synchronous mode, improper control parameter of SVC decreases the damping of the sub-synchronous mode, therefore leads to sub-synchronous oscillation. These damping decreasing effects caused by several SVCs are superposed, increasing the probability of sub-synchronous oscillation. Finally, several suppression measures are proposed according to the characters of this novel oscillation.
