随着智能变电站建设的高速发展,对继电保护设备的运维要求越来越高。从继电保护运维面临的问题和业务需求出发,提出基于移动互联网技术的继电保护设备智能运维管理模式。以智能运维管理平台为核心,以移动终端为载体,智能分析继电保护实时监测数据和全过程业务数据,实现继电保护设备的实时、在线监测和缺陷故障告警、核心运维业务的全过程管控。以移动化、可视化、互动化、智能化的工作模式替代传统的人工运维模式,提出了移动智能运维系统的功能架构和标准化工作流程,对关键技术进行了探讨。示范应用成果表明,移动智能运维模式显著提升了二次运维水平。 |

Abstract: |
With the rapid development of intelligent substation construction, the requirement for the operation and maintenances of relay protection equipment is getting higher and higher. Starting from the problems and business requirements of relay protection operation and maintenance, this paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance management mode for relay protection equipment based on mobile internet technology. With the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform as the core and the mobile terminal as the carrier, the real-time monitoring data and the whole process business data of relay protection are analyzed intelligently. As a result, real-time and on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and alarm, whole process management and control of core operation and maintenance business are realized in this system. So the traditional manual operation and maintenance mode are replaced by the mobile, visual, interactive and intelligent working mode. This paper puts forward the functional framework and standardized workflow of mobile intelligent operation and maintenance, and discusses some key issues. The demonstration application results show that the mobile intelligent operation and maintenance mode is able to improve the operation and maintenance level of relay protection significantly.
