摘要: |
为了准确评估矿用提升机电气传动系统的健康状态,及时实施状态维修,保障提升机系统能够安全可靠运行,提出了基于模糊综合评价的矿用提升机电气传动系统状态评估方法。在对该传动系统各组成部分故障分析的基础上,构建了状态评估的指标体系,采用层次分析法计算指标的权重,并引入劣化度分析对指标标准化处理。最后对河南某矿型号为JKMD-4′4(Z)的提升机电气传动系统进行多层次模糊综合评价。结果表明:通过仿真分析验证,所建立的状态评估模型能准确地判断矿用提升机电气传动系统的运行状态。 |

Abstract: |
In order to accurately evaluate the health status of mine hoist electric drive system, timely implement state maintenance, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of hoist system, a new method for status assessment of mine hoist electric drive system based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation is proposed. On the basis of the fault analysis of electric drive system components, an evaluation index system for operational status is constructed. The analytic hierarchy process method is applied to calculate the indicator weights and the degradation analysis is introduced in the standardization of the indicators. Finally, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the hoist electric drive system of a mine model of JKMD-4′4(Z) in Henan province is carried out. The obtained results show that the applied system status assessment in this paper can precisely determine the operation state of the mine hoist electric drive system through simulation analysis.
