摘要: |
随着大规模清洁能源接入电网,其出力具有间歇性和随机性,对电力系统实时经济调度产生较大影响。提出了基于约束集混合筛选的预防安全约束鲁棒最优潮流计算方法,建立了仿射可调鲁棒优化模型。模型中考虑了预想事故的预防安全约束,采用基于约束集混合筛选的方法降低规模。通过算例验证了所提出方法对考虑不确定性的鲁棒经济调度的适用性。 |

Abstract: |
With large scale clean energy integrated into power grid, the intermittency and randomness of output power exert obvious influences on real time economic dispatch. This paper proposes preventive security constraint robust optimal power flow method considering mixed constraints filtering. In this method, an affine adjustable robust optimal power flow model is proposed and the preventive security constraints are also considered. In the solution procedure, mixed constraints filtering technique is adopted to reduce problem scale. Several tests on different systems are conducted to prove the effectiveness in real time economic dispatch considering uncertainty.
