综合考虑交通、电力双层网络的实际情况,提出一种包含电池集中充电站、电池更换点的电动汽车充换电服务设施的两步规划及校验方法。首先,综合考虑用户和投资运营者的成本,构建两步规划选址模型。其次,以用户时间成本和电池更换点运行成本最小为目标,利用遗传算法并结合Voronoi图,得到最优的电池更换点的数量、位置及其服务范围,完成第一步规划。然后,确定电池集中充电站站址与服务范围,形成第二步规划选址方案。最后,将规划区域内交通网络和电网信息相结合,进行方案校验并判断其可行性。算例分析验证了该规划方法的有效性和实用性。 |

Abstract: |
Considering the actual situation of traffic network and power network synthetically, a two-step planning and calibration method for EVs’ charging and swapping service facilities including battery centralized charging station and battery swapping point is proposed. Firstly, thinking about summed costs of investors and EV users, a two-step planning model is established. Secondly, aiming at minimizing running costs of battery swapping points and users’ waiting costs, the number, location and service area of battery swapping point are solved by genetic algorithm and Voronoi diagram. This is the first step in the two-step planning. And then, the second step is completed after determining the location and the service area of centralized charging stations. Finally, combining the traffic network and the grid information in the area, planning calibration is done and the feasibility of the planning scheme is judged. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method for the planning are verified through contrast calculation and reasonable analysis.
