由于RTDS的GTNET网络协议卡发送SV报文的延时时间与其Timedelay延时通道的配置延时时间不一致, 应用时会给数字化继电保护装置的闭环测试带来误差,甚至会影响试验结果的正确性。针对此情况,提出了RTDS-GTNET打包SV报文的延时特性的测试技术及方案,并结合常用使用方式进行了数据样本统计分析。仿真验证了该测试方案的正确性,通过测试能得出GTNET打包SV报文延时的确切数据,为在实际测试过程中更准确地试验继电保护装置数据采样处理环节及逻辑的正确性提供了准确的检测方法。 |

Abstract: |
The delay time of sending SV packets by RTDS-GTNET network protocol card is inconsistent with the configured delay time of Timedelay delay channel. When it is applied to the closed-loop test of digital relay protection device, it will cause errors, even affecting the correctness of the test result. In view of this situation, this paper presents the testing technique and scheme of the delay characteristic of the RTDS-GTNET packing SV packet, and carries on the statistical analysis of the sample with the common methods. The simulation verifies that the test scheme is correct, it can obtain the exact delay time of the GTNET packing SV packet through test, which provides an accurate method for testing the data sampling process and the logic correctness of the relay protection device more accurately during the practical applications.
