摘要: |
为了评估新能源的出力波动性、间歇性以及分布特点对配电网的影响,提出两类对新能源特性进行量化评估的指标和方法。新能源并网特性类指标包括出力波动性、分散度、线路(主变)N-1校验贡献率,对新能源发电的并网品质、布局、形式进行了评估。配电网接纳能力类指标包括有效渗透率和电力平衡贡献度,对新能源发电的并网规模和调峰作用进行了评估。为了确定适用的隶属度函数和对应的归一化值,基于模糊综合评价法中专家打分法的思想,提出了“隶属度函数模型+评分表”的归一化方法。通过在随州配电网中的应用验证说明了所提指标及其归一化,可以用来评价新能源发电接入方案对配电网的影响,具有一定的工程实用价值。 |

Abstract: |
To evaluate the influence associated with new energy characteristics of power fluctuation, power intermittent and layout, two types of indices and method for evaluation of new energy generator’s characteristic are established. Characteristic indices of new energy grid-connection include power fluctuation, disperse degree and test contribution degree of wiring or main transformer, which can evaluate generator’s quality, layout and modality; the indices of grid accommodation capacity include effective permeability and power balance contribution degree, which can evaluate generator’s scale and peak regulation effect. To get the applicable membership functions and corresponding normalization values, the specialist marking idea of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to improve the normalization method of “membership function model and marking form”. The application in Suizhou grid shows scientificity of these indices and method, they are useful for guidance of new energy generation connection projects and grid planning, so they have engineered value.
