研究了一种次同步振荡监测控制系统,由监测控制装置、同步相量测量单元(PMU)和监测分析主站三部分构成。监测控制装置通过功率轨迹跟踪的辨识技术,快速准确地识别次同步振荡工况。同时结合火电机组的模态频率特征,以分轮分级的控制策略,在火电机组扭振保护动作前快速平息电网次同步振荡。提出了次同步振荡的全景分析方案,通过召唤PMU的连续录波文件,在监测分析主站实现了全网次同步振荡状态的自动计算和直观展示,为次同步振荡机理研究创造了有利条件。最后,通过工程应用案例验证了系统的可行性和有效性。 |

Abstract: |
A monitoring and control system of sub synchronous oscillation is composed of three parts:the monitoring and control device, the synchronous Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) and the monitoring and analysis main station. The detection and control device identifies sub synchronous oscillation conditions quickly and accurately through the power tracking trajectory identification technique, meanwhile combining with the modal frequency characteristics of thermal power unit, and using the control strategy of the wheel grading, quells the sub synchronous oscillation of power grid quickly before thermal power unit torsional vibration protection action. The SSO panoramic analysis scheme is proposed. By calling continuous recording file of PMU, it achieves automatic calculation of the whole network sub synchronous oscillation state and visual display in the monitoring and analysis master station, which creates favorable conditions for the research of sub synchronous oscillation mechanism. At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified by the case of engineering application.
