母差保护装置接入支路多、运行方式多样、改造复杂,因此,母差保护装置在改造过程中面临长期停电及运行方式不灵活等诸多问题。针对这一情况,结合现场多次改造经验,在分析现场具体二次回路配置的基础上,分别提出基于传统母线保护改造智能接口及GOOSE出口转接的改造方案。基于现场多种模式情况下都可以在不改动现场二次回路接线的情况下,实现智能站母线保护的不停电改造工作。通过该方案的应用,解决了传统站智能化改造的关键问题,对于推进智能电网的建设具有重要意义。 |

Considering the multi-access branches, the diversity of operation modes, and the complex reconstruction, there exist many problems such as long-term power failure, inflexible operation mode during the reconstruction for the bus differential protection device. In view of this situation, combined with the abundant reconstruction experience, based on the analysis of the specific secondary circuit configuration, the modification scheme of intelligent interface based on the traditional bus protection device and the GOOSE export transfer is proposed. In this way, it can be possible to realize the reconstruction with uninterrupted power for bus protection in intelligent substation under the situation of multiple modes without any changing of the secondary circuit wiring. Through the application of the scheme, the key issues of intelligent reconstruction for the traditional substation can be solved. Besides, it is significant to promoting the intelligent substation construction. |
