在直流牵引供电系统中,机车的启动电流越来越大,机车启动过程越来越类似于非金属短路故障过程,多机车的启动过程越来越接近于中远端短路故障过程,使得直流馈线电流上升率及电流增量(DDL)保护发生拒动、误动的可能性增大。通过仿真分析了现有DDL保护的缺陷,提出了一种电流保护方法。该方法基于电流积分值、电流平均值和最大值的比值,可以区别机车启动电流和非金属短路故障电流,多列车同时启动电流和中远端短路电流,给出了整定值。仿真验证了该保护方法的可靠性。 |

Abstract: |
In the DC traction power supply system, the locomotive starting current becomes bigger and bigger, locomotive starting process is more and more similar to the process of non-short circuit fault, multi locomotive starting process is closer and closer to the process of middle and far end short circuit fault, which lead to the increase of the possibility to make the DC feeder current rate and current increment (DDL) protection move mistakenly and refuse to move. This paper analyzes the existing DDL method and points out its shortage by simulation, and then puts forward a kind of protection method. This method is based on the current integral value, the ratio of the current average value and the maximum current value. It’s easy to distinguish non-metallic short-circuit fault current and the locomotive starting current, multi locomotive simultaneous starting current and the middle and far short circuit current, and the setting value is given. The reliability of this protection method is verified by simulation. |
