电力系统发生事故过负荷时,安全稳定控制装置和继电保护装置的过负荷判据和作用对象均有显著区别,从过负荷判据和过负荷动作行为两方面指出安全稳定控制用的过负荷判据与线路或变压器过负荷判据的区别。指出当系统发生事故过负荷时,线路或变压器的后备保护必须具备选择性,不能误动作。针对安全稳定控制装置的过负荷判据,从电力系统和判据设计两个方面介绍了过负荷判据增加防误判据的具体方法。另外,结合系统运行方式,介绍了切实可行的可以避免控制措施过量的手段。实际运行经验表明,上述方法能有效提高运行可靠性,证明了方法的正确性和有效性。 |

Abstract: |
When accident overload occurs, there are many differences between security and stability control equipment and relay protective equipment. This paper points out the differences in criterion and action of overload, which are used in security and stability control equipment and relay protective equipment. First, it points out that the line or transformer’s backup protection should act rightly when accident overload occurs. Second, it introduces specific ideas in system and design to prevent false judgment. And third, it introduces some methods which can prevent over excess control measures. The practical operation experience proves that these methods can improve the operation reliability. So, the methods are right and effective. |
