电力系统暂态稳定控制技术是维持电网安全稳定运行的核心问题之一。随着PMU/WAMS的广泛应用,基于广域响应的暂态稳定控制技术已成为重要发展方向。从受扰轨迹快速预测、暂态失稳实时判别、暂态稳定紧急控制三个方面,以理论和应用相结合的观点,对广域量测在电力系统暂态稳定控制研究中的应用进行了评述。最后,进一步探讨了现有控制技术所亟待解决的问题。 |

Abstract: |
Transient stability control technology is one of the core problems of power system for maintaining security and preventing blackouts. With the development of wide-area measurement system (WAMS) based on phasor measuring units (PMU), the response-based transient stability control technology has become an important development direction. From a viewpoint of combining both theory and application, researches of wide-area protection are reviewed on three important subproblems. They are perturbed trajectory prediction, transient instability detection and transient emergency control. Moreover, potential deficiencies and solutions are also discussed based on the analysis. |
