通过跟踪测量对地参数,实现中性点不接地系统单相接地故障时正确选相。不接地系统由于系统参数的不对称,正常运行时,将在中性点引起一定的电压偏移。当中性点基频电压变化时,在中性点短暂投入适当阻值的电阻,采集电阻投切前后中性点电压的幅值与相位,实现系统对地电导和对地电容的跟踪精确测量。依据前后两次测量的对地参数以及中性点不接地时中性点的基频电压,经过一定的计算,选出接地故障相。Matlab仿真表明该方法能精确测量系统对地参数,并在单相接地故障发生时准确选出故障相。 |

By tracking and measuring the ground parameters of the system, the correct phase selection is achieved when neutral point ungrounded system single-phase fault occurs. Because of the asymmetry of the system parameters, the neutral point of the system will produce a certain voltage shift during normal operation. When the neutral point power frequency voltage changes, by adding a resistor with appropriate resistance in the neutral point and gathering the amplitude and phase of the neutral point voltage before and after inputing resistance, accurate measurement of the system to ground conductance and to ground capacitance are achieved. According to the twice measurement of grounded parameters and the base frequency voltage of the neutral point, the grounding fault phase is selected out with calculation. Matlab simulation shows that the method can accurately measure the parameters of the system to ground and select the fault phase when the single-phase grounding fault occurs. |
