对于受端分层接入1 000 kV和500 kV交流电网的新型电网结构方式,传统的特高压直流控制系统已经不再适用,需要重新研究设计。在对这种新型电网结构方式的特点进行了分析后,给出了与之相适应的直流控制系统整体结构和功能配置。受端同极的两个串联阀组接入不同的交流电网,引起的最大难题是阀组间电压的不平衡,为从控制功能上解决阀组间电压实时平衡的问题,提出一种利用受端串联阀组中点电压测点的双阀组电压平衡控制策略。最后通过RTDS建模试验验证了控制策略的正确性,为2015年电网公司即将实施的分层接入特高压直流工程提供了完整的控制保护解决方案。 |

Abstract: |
For the new type of connection mode of ultra high-voltage alternate current (UHVDC) which is hierarchically connected to 1000 kV layer and 500 kV layer AC grid, the traditional UHVDC control system is no longer applicable. After analyzing the characteristics of this kind of connection mode, the control system for UHVDC hierarchical connection mode is studied. The biggest problem caused by series valve groups in the same pole being connected to different AC grid is valve groups voltage imbalance. In order to solve the problem of real-time valve voltage balancing from the control function, according to a DC voltage measuring point between the series valve groups, a new voltage of series valve balance control strategy is developd. Finally, a case of UHVDC transmission using RTDS validates the whole DC control system, provides a complete solution of control strategy for the UHVDC hierarchical connection project to be implemented in 2015. |
