提出了一种基于暂态量的同塔双回线路故障选相方案。该方案利用小波变换工具提取各相故障电流分量的暂态能量,以暂态能量构成选相判据。根据同塔单、双回线故障选相等价原则进行故障相初步判别,在此基础上根据暂态能量大小进行同名相选线,进一步精确识别故障相,从而形成一套完整的基于双回线单端暂态量的故障选相方案。通过PSCAD/EMTDC软件对不同故障类型、故障位置、故障时刻以及不同过渡电阻情况的仿真,验证了该选相方法的可行性。 |

Abstract: |
This paper proposes a novel approach of transient-based faulty phase selection for double circuit lines on the same tower. This phase-selection algorithm uses the wavelet transform to extract the transient energy of current faulty component in each phase and takes the transient energy as phase selection criterion. First, according to the fault equivalence principle of the single line and double circuit lines on the same tower, this approach identifies the fault phase preliminarily. Then the transient energy magnitudes are compared to select the same-name-phase fault lines and further identify the fault phase precisely. At last, this paper presents a complete faulty phase selection based on the single terminal quantities of double circuit lines. The effectiveness of the approach has been verified by simulating different fault types, fault location, fault time and different transition resistance with PSCAD/EMTDC. |
