摘要: |
为了满足新时代电网发展的客观需求,提出一种综合生态学、行为学、组织学,并引入大数据分析方法的聚合理论。聚合理论以一个全新的视角对电力系统的运行特征、演变规律和调度模型进行描述,可辅助指导电网运行的行为规范、运营模式、调度方案的制定。通过充分利用海量数据资源和采用更为普适灵活的组织群体运行模式,契合了电网海量数据资源和主体分布式、多元化、智能化的发展趋势,保障并加速了现代电网的演变进程,具有实用性、前瞻性和指导性。 |

Abstract: |
To meet the need of grid development in new generation, an aggregation theory integrating with Ecology, Behavioral Science, Organization Theory as well as big data analysis method is proposed. The aggregation theory describes the power system operation features, evolution law, and dispatch model from the new perspective of Ecology, which can guide the design of the behavior norm, operation mode, and dispatch scheme of power grid operation. It makes full use of massive data and adopts orgnization group operation mode which is more universal and more flexible, conforms to the development tendency characterized as power grid mass data sources, and being distributed, diversified, and intelligent, and guarantees and speeds up the evolution process and modern power grid, which is practical, prospective, and instructive. |
