提出一种利用变电站配置描述文件自动进行智能变电站保护系统可靠性分析的方法。通过解析SCD文件,形成虚端子和虚回路的谓词表达式,进而生成保护系统的逻辑连接图。然后,在给出以太网交换机和光纤的描述模型的基础上,通过谓词演算识别出物理连接,并形成保护系统的物理连接图。最后,将物理连接图转换为可靠性框图并进行可靠性计算。以一个典型的110 kV主变保护系统为例,验证了上述保护系统可靠性自动分析方法的有效性。 |

This paper proposes an automatic method to analyze the reliability of the protection system in smart substation utilizing the Substation Configuration Description (SCD) file. First, the predicate expressions for virtual terminals and virtual circuits are derived from the SCD file, and the graph of logical connections of the protection system is constructed accordingly. Then, based on the modeling of Ethernet switch and optical fiber, the physical connections are recognized through predicate calculus, and the graph of physical connections is then constructed. Last, the graph of physical connections is transformed to reliability block diagram, thus the reliability calculations can be carried out. A typical 110 kV power transformer protection system is used as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
