介绍并分析了实际电网中发生的一起连锁故障。该故障的演变过程较为复杂,不仅某110 kV线路先后经历了多种故障形态,而且其供电的某变电站主变和另一条110 kV线路均发生了动作跳闸行为。鉴于故障的复杂性,运用仿真模拟和理论分析的手段,详细探讨了相关继电保护装置的动作行为和动作原因,并推导了C相断线并与B相搭接故障形式下相关电气量的数学公式。仿真和理论计算的结果表明对保护动作原因的分析是有效正确的。 |

This paper describes and analyzes a cascading fault in an actual power grid. During the temporal evolution of the complicated contingency, not only several fault patterns occurred successively on a 110 kV line, but also a substation main transformer and another 110 kV line, which was powered by the faulted line, tripped due to the operation of some protection devices. This paper uses simulation and theoretical analysis to discuss the operation behavior and reasons of corresponding protection devices, and derives the mathematical formulae of related electric quantities in case of open-phase fault of phase C and lap joint of phase B and phase C. Simulation and theoretical calculation results show that the proposed analysis is effective and correct. |
