IEC61850和IEC61970等标准的制定,为实现智能变电站和调度管理系统之间的互操作提供了技术规范。针对IEC61850的对象模型和IEC61970的CIM模型,分析了模型的三层架构体系,得出模型协调是实现系统互操作的关键,通过分析对象模型和CIM模型之间的差异性,给出了一种基于CIM模型的协调方法。利用该方法对模型的类、关系及其属性进行协调,并利用适配器和接口技术设计了数据交换实验平台。仿真结果表明,基于CIM模型协调的方法是有效和实用的,能够实现调度系统和智能变电站系统之间的互操作。 |

Abstract: |
The formulation of the IEC61850 and IEC61970 standard provides technical specifications to achieve interoperability between intelligent substation and dispatching management system. Aiming at the object model of IEC61850 and CIM model of IEC61970, this paper analyzes the model’s three-tier systems, and obtains that model coordinating is the key to system interoperability. Through analyzing the differences between object model and CIM model, a model coordinating method is given. This paper uses this method to coordinate the model’s categories, relations and properties, and employs adapter and interface technology to design data exchange experiment platform. Simulation results show that the coordinating method based on CIM model is effective and practical, and is able to achieve interoperability between dispatching system and intelligent substation system. |
