随着在线监测技术在配网一次设备中的大规模应用,由监测终端本身性能问题引发的误报警事件时有发生,造成了极大的人力物资损耗。因此,亟需寻找一种针对电气设备监测终端性能的在线评估方法,能及时对处于异常状态的二次监测设备进行预警和消缺。为此,提出了一种基于5G通信的电气设备监测终端性能在线评估方案。首先,利用5G通信技术实现区域内全部监测终端的数据收集。然后,引入平均偏离程度等三种指标,通过比对收集数据与历史数据的差异实现监测终端的在线评估,最终完成误报警事件的辨识。实例分析证明,该方法能准确判别监测终端的运行状态,避免误漏报事件带来的不良影响,具有可行性。 |

With the large-scale application of online monitoring technology in the primary equipment of the distribution network, false alarms caused by the performance of the monitoring terminal have occurred from time to time, resulting in great losses. Therefore, it is urgent to find an online evaluation method for monitoring terminals, one which can promptly warn about and eliminate the equipment in abnormal state in a timely manner. To this end, this paper proposes an online evaluation program for the performance of electrical equipment monitoring terminals based on 5G communications. First, 5G communication technology is used to collect data from all monitoring terminals in the area. Secondly, three indicators such as the average deviation degree are introduced, and online evaluation of the monitoring terminal is realized by comparing the difference between the collected data and the historical data. Finally, the identification of false alarm events is completed. The analysis of examples proves that the method can accurately determine the operating status of the monitoring terminal and avoid the adverse effects caused by false and omission reports. Thus it is a feasible method.
