配电网主网发生故障后微网将转入孤岛运行模式而脱离主网支撑。为了保证负荷有最大程度的功率支持进而降低整个配电网的失电风险水平,将有序二元决策图(OBDD)应用到分布式电源组网及重构策略的搜索过程中。提出了基于有序二元决策图(OBDD)的分布式电源组网重构的四阶段方法,将含分布式电源的配电网故障后的组网、重构策略搜索问题等效为配电网中所有传输线路的通断问题。构建配电网的OBDD模型和目标函数,建立各约束条件的布尔表达式并求解,从而获得组网重构策略。针对配电网元件数目多、故障率高的特征,采用改进状态抽样法评估配电网风险水平,提高评估速度。实验证明,所提出的方法能够快速获得可行以及最优的组网和重构策略,并降低配电网的失电风险。 |

Abstract: |
The microgrids will break away from the main network and turn into an island operation mode when faults occur. In order to support the load with sufficient power to reduce the risk level, the Ordered Binary Decision Diagram (OBDD) is used to search the islanding and restoration strategies of distribution network. A four-phase method is proposed, in which the strategies can be equivalent to the on-off state of lines. The OBDD models, objective function of the network and the Boolean expressions of all constraints are established and solved to obtain the islanding and restoration strategies. Because the distribution network has a large number of components and high failure rate, a modified state sampling method is used to evaluate the risk level. Experimental results show that islanding and reconfiguration strategies can be searched efficiently and the risk level of the network is reduced using the proposed method.
