摘要: |
为了有效抑制变压器中性点电流导致的直流偏磁现象,提出了一种新型电流抑制装置,并从结构、工作原理和参数设计方面详细介绍了该装置的运作特性。该装置根据反向注入法的基本原理,采用了高频开关电源作为注入电流源,可显著提高装置对中性点电流的响应速度,从而减小带来的损失。为防止装置发生过补偿现象,利用PLC模块作为监测控制系统,根据监测的直流电流情况,通过控制逻辑自动调节电源输出的电流,保持中性点电流小于预设的定值,达到抑制直流偏磁的目的。模拟试验和现场试运行的结果表明,装置可以很好地平衡变压器中性点直流电流,保证流入变压器的直流电流在预设范围内,无误动,可靠性能满足实际工程需要。 |

Abstract: |
In order to suppress the DC magnetic bias caused by transformer neutral point DC effectively, this paper proposes a novel reverse DC injection device based on high-frequency switching power supply, and introduces the structure and working principle of device in detail. This object uses the modular high-frequency switching power as the injected source, and takes advantage of PLC to monitor and control the system, so the device not only can react the magnetic bias rapidly and accurately but realize the real-time monitoring and compensate the transformer neutral point DC. After simulation test and field operation, the result shows that the device does well in balancing transformer neutral point current, and guarantees the current stay in the preset range. So the reliable performance of device can meet the actual needs of the project. |
