首先介绍了电力系统继电保护的现状,然后介绍了网络继电保护与控制技术的概念、系统的构成以及系统服务器的运行模式,并对这一技术设想做了前景展望,分析了发展网络继电保护与控制技术的可能性、优越性和面临的困难;还提出了就地采集、数字化传输和综合集中处理的数据运行模式,以及灵活配置、功能完善、自适应性强的智能化继电保护与控制软件包运行模式。 |
