摘要: |
电力系统信息化建设的阶段性使其存在多种异构数据库。在新系统及现有系统的进一步开发建设中 ,应当充分利用各部门已建立的数据库资源 ,实现不同数据库之间的连接、数据交换和数据共享。首先讨论了用于异种数据库互联的数据转换服务 (DTS) ,它可以方便、快捷地实现异构数据库间的连接、数据转换及数据传输 ,有效降低开发成本和难度。DTS技术以其丰富的功能使其具有很高的实用价值。最后以一具体实例详细阐述了利用DTS技术实现异种数据库数据交换和传输的方法 |

Abstract: |
This paper is for low resistance grounded 10kV substation.The misoperation of zero sequence protection in grounding transformer that happened repeatedly was analysed theoretically.Objective causes and artificial causes were addressed.Corresponding suggestions were also presented in this paper to avoid this kind of misoperation. |
